Our bowls are made from real coconuts. They are vegan, eco-friendly and ethical!

After the meat and water have been extracted from the coconut shells, they are cleaned and sealed with coconut oil which means no harmful lacquers, sealants or glue. Each handmade coconut bowl is then coated with NOVA37 extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil, to ensure that any gaps between the coconut shells are closed.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Caring for your coconut shell bowl is important as it is a 100% natural product. Follow these basic care instructions to ensure a long lasting coconut bowl.
WASHING: Hand wash with lukewarm soapy water. Do not use in the dishwasher or soak for a long period of time.
EATING: Coconut Bowls are best suited to room temperature and cool foods. For warmer foods to ensure durability, prepare your bowl for the change in temperature by first rinsing your bowl in lukewarm water and sit aside until dry.
*HOT FOODS ON RARE OCCASIONS CAN CAUSE THE BOWLS TO CRACK. Because coconut bowls are a product of nature, their durability cannot always be predicted.
USING: Do not expose your coconut bowls to extreme heat, and do not use in the refrigerator, microwave, oven or dishwasher.

TIPS:
Polish with virgin coconut oil (or an oil of your choice) every 10 or so uses to restore your coconut bowls smooth and shiny surface, while resealing it's pores.
