2. Once the dough has risen, carefully remove it from the basket and transfer it onto a baking sheet for the oven.
3. Keep in mind that several factors, including weather, yeast quality, and the type of flour you use, can affect the dough's rise.

*NOTE:  Some experienced bakers prefer allowing the dough to rise in a greased bowl before transferring it to the brotform. This method enhances the texture and crust of your European-style Country Bread.
